Keith Baverstock served as radiation scientist and regional adviser at the European Regional Office of the WHO (World Health Organization) during 1991-2003. He co-authored a WHO report warning about the longterm effects of DU on human health. He is currently associated professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences at the University of Kuopio, Finland.
